App Build Package
Refund & cancellation policy
This policy applies to our fixed-price custom development service: $3,000 AUD App Build Package, with 5-day delivery (target: within five days from project start) and two included revision rounds after delivery, as described at checkout and in your project agreement or written scope.

Nature of the service
Sheets2App provides bespoke software development tailored to your spreadsheet and requirements. Once we begin design or implementation, work product and capacity are allocated to your project. That affects how cancellations and refunds are handled, as set out below.
Before work begins
If you cancel in writing before we start work on your project (before we allocate resources or deliver any materials specific to your build), you may request a full refund of amounts paid for the App Build Package, subject to processing times of your payment provider.
“Starting work” includes, for example: kick-off or discovery calls beyond general sales, accepting your brief, environment or repository setup for your app, substantial configuration, or any deliverable created specifically for your project.
After work has started
Once work has started, you may still cancel your project, but refunds are not guaranteed and are typically partial or unavailable, depending on time spent, third-party costs already incurred, and value delivered.
Where a partial refund is offered, it will reflect reasonable costs and work completed up to the cancellation date. Deliverables already supplied may remain licensed or usable only as agreed in writing; we may withhold or revoke access where fees remain disputed or unpaid.
Delivery, revisions & acceptance
The package targets 5-day delivery (within five days from agreed project start), consistent with our checkout copy; dates can shift if you delay providing required access, assets, or approvals, or if scope changes require re-scoping.
Two revision rounds are included as part of the fixed price, within the agreed scope. Requests that expand scope may be quoted separately.
Dissatisfaction with subjective preferences (for example styling choices within an agreed specification) does not automatically entitle you to a refund where we have substantially delivered the scoped work; we will work with you in good faith within the included revision rounds.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other applicable Australian consumer protection law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that services will be supplied with acceptable care and skill and be fit for any stated purpose. Remedies for a major failure may include a refund or compensation for drop in value; for non-major failures we may repair or re-supply the service.

How to request a refund or cancellation
Email hello@sheets2app.com from the email address associated with your order (or explain if that is not possible), with your name, payment reference or invoice details, and whether you are cancelling before work has started or seeking a remedy for a problem with the service.
We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable.
